About the event
RAIZRAIZ is an Amsterdam based, flexitarian, pop-up restaurant, now on tour in the UK. RAIZRAIZ is founded by Rodrigo & Leonie, a Portuguese-Dutch couple, working with freedom, creativity and fun to redefine your fine dining experience. We mainly focus on vegetables - valuing them form Root to Leaf. With the possibility of an animal product on the side, when we feel like it.
What to expect
On the 10th of May RAIZRAIZ will welcome you in Cumbia Kitchen, Hastings.
We are excited to surpise and impress you with our five course tasting menu! The menu is based on seasonal products, allthough you may discover some Portuguese flavours.
Our menu is available in vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian.
